1) Why did you choose this particular recreation and how does it link to your main production?
- I chose this recreation because its a scene taken from my chosen film to study in my critical investigation and it has both female characters starring in the scene showing a repeated motif of a female archetype.
2) What difficulties did you face in producing this recreation?
- location was difficult due to the season there were no trees where there were leaves so I had to make do with what was available. Also everything was very last minute so the cameras were at a limited supply which could have restricted me from completing the task.
3) What are the strengths of the production?
- I used the audio from the original scene and I stayed as true to the original clip as much as I could.
4) What aspects would you look to improve?
- I didn't plan as much before hand so I didn't have the framing completely right and the post production could've been improved. The audio could have been improved to fit the original clip.
5) What lessons will you take from this process that will help you with your main production?
- to make sure I plan before I start to film and make sure that I get the cameras as early as I can to ensure that I can film with ease.
6) Now that you are ready to start your actual linked production, explain clearly what you will be creating and how confident you are in delivering this.
- I plan to create an opening scene to a film that showcases a female archetype similar to the way it is in The Hunger Games. I feel like i will try my best in terms of post production and planning in order to deliver this to the best standard i can.
