EXT. FOREST – DAY

An establishing shot of the setting, the open field, trees and sky.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. FOREST – DAY

Closer look at the forest and we see the first introduction of the first character.

Voice Over

It’s the year 2058, over the years humanity has suffered tremendously. The world is divided by the rich and poor. Where the superiors, a group of women, have set in place a system to make sure that order is kept. The poor, known as scavengers, survive by whatever means possible, from the leftovers of the rich to stealing from them. Whilst the rich lead an easy life, unaware of the difficulties that are faced by those considered beneath them.(pause) 

However what happens when this division is broken.

ANNIE, is running in the woods, where she is being chased by a figure.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. OPEN SPACE – DAY

BELLE, enters park whilst looking through her bag. Past a forest and sees a body on the ground not moving. She walks to see if the person is okay.

BELLE

Hello?

BELLE

Are you…

As Belle walks closer to Annie, she sees movement from her.

ANNNIE

(Coughs)

Please don’t hurt me.

Belle puts her bag down and kneels down next to Annie

BELLE

I don’t want to, I can help you

ANNIE

Why would you want to help me> its…

(Coughs)

Its people like you that want to kill people like us.

BELLE

I’m not like them. So you don’t worry, I will help you.
